Swingarm Spindle Kit

Over the years of riding our silky smooth Commandos the torsional loads transmitted to the Isolastic-mounted engine cradle from the swingarm creates a worn sloppy spindle bore, resulting in vague, imprecise handing.  Infamous Berliner staffer Heinz Kegler came up with a very simple yet elegant design using split clamps with set-screws that pin the spindle to the front of its bore, thereby eliminating slop.  NYC Norton is proud to supply an absolutely beautiful stainless clamp kit for customers wishing to improve the feel and handling of their bikes. Our kit reinforces the swingarm to your engine cradle to reduce wear and greatly improve handling on your Commando. An absolute necessity for our aging classics. Custom machined to our design from brushed stainless steel, this kit is easy to install and comes complete with NYC Norton stainless clamps, stainless fasteners, and comprehensive instructions.  Almost too pretty to hide down on the swingarm!
